“We love visiting Frankfort to tour the bourbon distilleries. We have been 4 times now and have stayed in different places each time. This new hotel was in a great location. It was walking distance to downtown area shops and bars. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!”

“I adored staying here. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and I love the style of the whole hotel. Only downside is that two freight trains run right next to the hotel blaring their horns in the middle of the night, but there's nothing you can do about that and they pass pretty quickly. The attached restaurant is also amazing with some of the best food in the city.”

“This hotel is so awesome. Granted, we stayed in the suite, with the loft, so perhaps our room was a little different than others. But I could easily live in this hotel room. Whoever the interior designer was, really nailed it. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, and they actually have incredibly comfortable pillows, which is often a huge miss for a lot of hotels. The front staff was also very friendly, especially Kevin when we checked out. The only knock, but this appears to just be on the town (location) there’s just not much by way of dining. I’m spoiled in that I’m from Austin, and we live in Nashville so dining options are never an issue for us. But there is an attached restaurant that we did not eat at, so perhaps it’s good.”

“This is a excellent place to stay if your on the Bourbon Trail or looking for a weekend get away. Rooms are clean, spacious, and full of history. Great location if you want to stop by the local distilleries or walk the town see all the history and small shops. There alot of local restaurants you can walk to also Cypress and Oak which is connected or Bourbon on Main, both have great food and excellent bourbon selections. A bit of history of the building the Delegate is in was used by E.H Taylor Co. to house their whiskey.”

“The front desk staff were so nice. Valarie in particular was wonderful. I had some great conversations with her. She was awesome, so nice I forgot my glasses as I checked out of the room she emailed me before I left town I was able to retrieve the glasses. The room was nice the white noise machine was a great add not because it was needed but I like white noise. Train does come by at night but wasn't much to it just throwing it out there for other people staying my guess is anywhere downtown you would hear it. I have been on the road for the last few weeks in multiple hotels and this was hands down the best place I have stayed at! Thank you Valarie! Great stay”

“We had an incredible experience at The Delegate. From the moment we arrived, everything about the place felt special. The rooms are homey and beautiful, with a charming retro feel that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another time period. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the pork belly and the collards wow. Those collards tasted like the true South, rich and comforting, and honestly my mouth is watering just thinking about them again. The hand pies were another favorite, perfectly flaky and full of flavor.The beef tenderloin was incredibly tender and paired with an amazing sauce that brought the whole dish together. Every bite felt thoughtful and well-crafted.Between the incredible food and the warm, nostalgic atmosphere, this was a dining experience we won’t forget. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Frankfort!”
